Yoga Therapy is a cutting edge healthcare approach that is individualized to you. As a Yoga Therapist, we bridge the gap in health systems to meet the needs of individuals in a trauma-sensitive way; we integrate evidence-based research towards your unique health goals. Yoga Therapy looks at the whole person, the whole body, the whole you, and applies the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual model for your health and wellbeing. We review your health goals, complete a Wellness Profile, and discuss realistic and practical ways to achieve your goals. Sessions range from 60-75 minutes in duration and include physical yoga postures, breathing techniques, guided meditations, and mindfulness practices. We start exactly where you are today and begin together to co-create your pathway to wellness, so you can feel home wherever you go.
