Prenatal Yoga

🌿 Sundays, 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM, each week exploring unique themes to guide you seamlessly through pregnancy. Expect a blend of strength-building postures, relaxation poses, breath techniques, and meditations designed for any trimester.

Eau Claire Prenatal Yoga series is supporting wombyn throughout the Chippewa Valley to have empowered birthing experiences. Whether this is your first or fourth child, our Prenatal Yoga classes offer you stress relief, coping skills for labor & delivery, and a community of mothers going through a similar journey to you.

Our eight-week program has been designed with you and baby in mind by HYS's founder, Yoga Therapist, and Doula, Ariane Foster. You'll be encouraged to find strength from within the physical and mental bodies. You'll be guided to discover coping strategies and comfort skills that you can take with you into labor and delivery. You'll be met with other like-minded wombyn to ensure your sense of isolation and worries are eased away. You may just learn how resilient you are and lean into your innate wisdom and power to birth your baby!
